GLE completed the design of this new 28 apartment home community for the Sarasota Housing Funding Corporation. The existing 66 units were demolished and the site was completely redesigned. The unit types included 5 three-bedroom two-story units, 13 two-bedroom two-story units, 2 three-bedroom one-story ADA/handicap compliant units and 8 one-bedroom one-story units.
