Confidential National Banking Client Property Condition Assessment

GLE completed a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) Report for the Banking Client’s Tower located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The site consisted of a 28-story building and two-story building; totaling approximately 295,200 square feet. The purpose of the report was to provide an objective, independent, professional opinion on the condition, potential needed repair, and deferred maintenance costs associated with the property.
