Florida Housing Finance Corporation Projects

GLE provided construction consulting and construction monitoring services associated with Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s (FHFC) Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Working with FHFC’s approved underwriters, GLE provided construction expertise such as Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) and Plan and Cost Reviews on more than 30 projects throughout Florida, ranging in size from 50 units to more than 300 units each.
