GLE performed an in-depth building envelope, IAQ, and water intrusion study for the 100,000+ sq. ft. Lake County Courthouse. GLE completed an extensive HVAC system assessment evaluation and conducted infrared thermography testing of the EIFS system and roof. GLE provided design services for building envelope repairs and roof replacements.
