As part of an A/E Term Contract, GLE completed comprehensive modernization renovations for the McCown Towers Annex Building, a five-story, 75-unit residential facility. Prior to the commencement of design, GLE completed a comprehensive physical needs assessment of the facility that detailed required immediate needs and long term improvements. Upgrades included HVAC system replacement, life safety improvements, domestic plumbing system upgrades and hazardous material remediation.
