GLE completed the design for the renovation of Tuttle Apartments. A feasibility study was initially completed by GLE to determine the construction cost of demolishing the structures and reconstructing versus renovating. GLE and the client determined it was more cost-effective to renovate the existing structures. The site consisted of three buildings with five two-bedroom units each.
